SPRING TIME!

La primavera è l’anticamera della calda stagione e quindi care ragazze abbandoniamo piumini cappotti, maglioni di lana e dolcevita troppo ingombranti per lasciare spazio a vestiti e capi d'abbigliamento colorati. A me la primavera trasmette allegria, riaccende i colori e mi ispira a creare nuovi look...

Con questa stagione però iniziano anche i primi sbalzi di temperatura quindi ragazze portate sempre con voi una pashmina oppure un foulard dalle mille trame e disegni a fantasia. In questo periodo dell'anno, io indosso spesso la maxi sciarpa ancora meglio se è oversize: quest'ultima può trasformarsi in uno scialle da indossare sopra un trench, giubbotti in pelle oppure giacca da tailleur. Vi posto delle foto di giacche adatte alla primavera che ho nel mio armadio...

Per non perdere un grammo di stile e affrontare gli sbalzi di temperatura, vestiamoci a strati: t-shirt, cardigan e trench è il look giusto per passare da una temperatura di sei gradi della mattina ai dieciasette del primo pomeriggio! Per un look adatto alla primavera un ottimo abbinamento è canotta più maglione di cotone oversize oppure il classico tubino nero più la giacca di pelle e ancora una camicia da uomo sopra una maglietta stretta.

Chi l'ha detto che vestirsi a "cipolla" equivale ad infagottarsi?

                         
   

Spring time is the preview of the hot season so dear girls let's give up those too thick quilted jackets, coats, sweaters and turtlenecks to leave some room to dresses and cheerful clothing. Spring time makes me happy, lights the colors and inspire new looks out of me....

In this season wheather is changeable so girls you have to bring with you a pashmina or a foulard with a  painted pattern. In this time of the year I like to wear a big scarf, better if oversize, that can also be used to top a trench, a leather jacket or a suit jacket. Here some photos of a few jackets from my own closet fitting for the comin season...

            

If you don't want to loose the lastest bit of style while dealing with the wheather,  you should dress in layers: pairing a T-shirt with a cardigan and a trench is the right look to deal with a temperature changing from 6 grades in the morning to 17 grades in the early evening! A true spring outfit and also a nice pairing is to dress a top with an oversize cotton sweater or a black sheat dress with a leather jacket or even a man's shirt on a tight t-shirt.

Oggi ho pensato di condividere con voi alcuni piccoli passaggi, che faccio spesso anche io, quando apro l'armadio per scegliere cosa indossare. Per prima cosa valuta il tuo guardaroba e decidi ciò che ti piace. Se ci sono dei capi d'abbigliamento che non metti più da circa sei mesi, sbarazzatene: chiama le amiche, organizza uno swap party  puoi così scambiare i tuoi abiti con loro divertendoti e a costo zero. Tieni sempre presente che i vestiti che indossi devono valorizzare le tue forme, rispecchiare il tuo stile; questo è fondamentale! Io, ad esempio, cerco di capire quali sono i dettagli che mi spingono a comprare oppure a tenere nell'armadio un capo d'abbigliamento: i colori, il taglio di un vestito, le decorazioni ecc...

Si può trovare l'ispirazione per un look giusto anche osservando le persone per strada o nei centri commerciali, ancora meglio se sfogliamo delle riviste ma non bisogna per forza comprare dei capi costosi per creare un look. Non vergogniamoci! Quando entro in un negozio d'abbigliamento, certe volte, mi faccio consigliare dalla commessa per creare uno stile che mi si addica. Altrimenti fai shopping con la tua mamma o con tua sorella, chi meglio di loro può darti dei consigli giusti sul look e vederti felice! Fai shopping con le amiche oppure con qualcun' altro dei tuoi cari, in ogni caso tutti sarebbero contenti di aiutarti!!! Dopo aver fatto shopping si può provare a mescolare vari elementi di capi che già hai nell'armadio abbinandoli con gli indumenti nuovi. Prova ad indossarli, gioca con le combinazioni.

L'importante è essere te stessa e che il nuovo look ti faccia stare bene!

Today  I’d like to share with you some of the steps -  I  often do myself – when I open my closet to decide what to put on. First of all, make a brief assessment of your wardrobes and choose what do you like more. If there are clothes you haven’t worn for more than 6 months, get rid f them: you can call your friend and have a swap party so you can exchange your clothes while having fun  - all of this for free. Just remember, clothes should enhance your figure, reflect your personal style; this is the fundamental law. As for me, I try to understand which are the detail compelling me to buy or keep something in my closet: colors, shapes, trimmings….

A fine look can be inspired by people around you, walking in the streets or at the mall, even better by looking at magazines. It is not necessary to spend a great deal of money to create a look. There is no need to be ashamed. When I enter a dress-shop, sometimes I ask the saleswoman for a style fitting for my figure. Otherwise go shopping with your mom or sis, who better than them to best advise you on the right look and eager to see you happy. You can also go shopping with your friends or someone else of your loved ones, in any case they all will be glad to help ya!!! After shopping you can try mixing the staff already in your closet with  the new clothes.  Wear them and play with different mash-ups.

Just be yourself and be feel good with your new look.

PARLIAMO DI ACCESSORI.

Ciao a tutte,

oggi parliamo di accessori: quei piccoli particolari che rivoluzionano il look che potrebbe altrimenti risultare anonimo! Ragazze diamo spazio agli accessori e ai gioielli perché per rendere il vostro look speciale basta poco. Ad esempio, potrebbe essere un bracciale, un cappello oppure una collana a fare la vera differenza per il vostro outfit. Penso che abbinare gli accessori ai vestiti non è sempre semplice come sembra: l'importante è tener presente che i gioielli e gli accessori devono esaltare la personalità ed i gusti di noi donne, proprio come il trucco ed il vestito scelto per una determinata occasione! Attenzione però! Non esagerate nell'indossare troppi accessori insieme; l'effetto albero di Natale è dietro l'angolo!!! Stesso discorso se siete una donna con le forme curvy: non appesantite la vostra silhouette con tanti gioielli.

In questo post ho pensato di prendere una semplice blusa nera ed abbinarla con delle spille e collane per rendere lo stesso capo d'abbigliamento chic, trendy ed elegante a seconda dell'occasione d'uso il risultato è questo:

Per quanto riguarda le collane il discorso è più ampio. Se decidete di indossare un vestito od una maglia con uno scollo ampio è preferibile optare per una collana corta in modo da valorizzare il vostro décolleté altrimenti optate per delle collane lunghe se il capo d'abbigliamento è a collo alto. In ogni caso ho pensato di postare uno schema che racchiude in sè varie tipologie di maglie abbinate alla collana giusta, in questo modo non potrete sbagliare e spero vi sia utile.

today we talk about accessorizes: the little things that turn around a look otherwise dowdy. Girls, let accessorizes and jewels have a go because it doesn't take much to make your look special. A bracialet, a hat or a necklace could be enough to make a difference in your outfit.

I think pairing the right accessorize to your clothing isn't that easy: it is important to keep in mind that jewels and accessorizes should enhance peronalities and tastes of us women,  just like the make-up and the dress choosen for a particular occasion! Be carefoul though! Do not overdo it  by wearing lots of accessorizes at once; the christmas tree effect is just 'round the corner!!! Also if you have a curvy silhouette: don't weight down your figure with too many jewels. In this post I thought of showing a simple plain black bluse and match it with pins and necklaces to make this piece of clothing chic, trendy and elegant depending on the occasion and this are the results:

When it comes tonecklaces, the issue it's a bit m ore complicated. If you want to wear a shirt or a dress with a large collar, you will prefer a short necklace in order to pretty up your decolté or otherwise, if you choose a turtleneck clothing, you will put on a long necklace. Anyhow I decided to post a scheme with the different types of shirts and the relative necklaces so you won't make mistakes. I hope you'll find it usefull.

IL MAGLIONE COLOR PESCA.

Oggi ho pensato di mostrarvi un capo d’abbigliamento che ho acquistato nel week end… L’ho “mixato” con altri capi che avevo nell’armadio per creare un look semplice e adatto a tutti i giorni! Il maglione di Max&Co. è di cachemire a collo alto, l’ho scelto color pesca perché, a differenza del colore beige, ravviva la mia carnagione. Con l’arrivo della primavera abbinato ad una giacca di pelle e un jeans è un outfit perfetto per il lavoro e tempo libero.

Vi posto anche il look scelto da una mia amica, quel giorno ha deciso di lasciarsi andare a spese “folli”… e questo è il risultato! Niente male direi!!

Today I’d like to show you a piece of clothing that I bought last weekeknd… I “mixed” it with other pieces from my own closet in order to create a look simple but also fitting for my everyday life! I choose this Max&Co. turtleneck cashmere sweater in peach- pink because – unlike the beige one – makes my complexion brighten up. Since spring is coming, I’m thinking to pair it with a leather jacket and a pair of jeans to create an outfit perfect for both working days and leisure time.

I’m also going to post a look chosen by a friend of mine who suddenly decided to go ballistic on shopping. She kinda felt she needed a bit of “military – alike – stuff” in her closet so she opted for a pair of grey trousers – slightly remanding of the cargo trousers- that too would look nice with a pair of black heels. She paired it with a loose t-shirt and this wonderful black leather jacket. This is the result!

Not that bad I’d say!!!
